🎯 Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this prestigious grant, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Having a complete document package is key to winning this scholarship. You will need:

  1. Completed scholarship nomination form.
  2. Notarized copies of your Diplomas and Academic Transcripts.
  3. Medical Certificate: Must be issued within the last 3 months and explicitly include negative test results for HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C.
  4. Copy of a valid passport.
  5. Professional CV or Resume.
  6. A strong Motivation Letter explaining your academic goals.
  7. Proof of Language Proficiency.

🚀 How to Apply (Important Two Stage Process)

Please note that you cannot apply directly online. You must follow these two stages:

Stage 1: Government Nomination (Deadline: April 15, 2026)
Submit your documents to the authorized state entities in your home country (e.g. Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or Embassy of Azerbaijan). They will review your profile and nominate successful candidates.

Stage 2: Online Application (May 18 to June 1, 2026)
If nominated, you will be invited to create an account on the Study in Azerbaijan Centralized Admission Service (SIACAS) website and apply under the specific grant channel.
